Payment for services are an important part of any professional relationship. Meeting this responsibility shows your commitment to the counselling process.

Individual counselling sessions for Virtual Online session are $140 per 50-minute session.

Payment is made at the time of the session via E-transfer or Credit Card , and a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. (Direct Billing is unavailable at this time) These services are not covered by OHIP, and direct billing to insurance providers is not available at this time

Many extended health benefit plans may reimburse counselling services. Coverage depends on your individual insurance provider and the specific details of your benefits plan.

Clients have successfully submitted claims to providers such as Sun Life Financial, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield Canada, Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, Equitable Life of Canada, Desjardins Insurance, Empire Life, and Group Health Benefit Solutions. 

As coverage varies between plans, clients are encouraged to confirm with their provider whether services from a Registered Professional Counsellor – Provisional (RPC-P) are eligible for reimbursement.
